New Amsterdam Renewal - Status Update

Renewal
I've just exchanged a couple of emails with the ever
helpful David Manson, Executive Producer /
Showrunner, about the status of New Amsterdam's
renewal (or not).
At this point the jury is still out and, like I've mentioned previously in the forum , it appears that FOX will look at their new pilots to see what they have before making a decision about NA.
David points out that the ratings were only okay to marginal, amidst stiff competition, but the DVR and download numbers look pretty good.
Also, David does say " the fans should continue their campaign for renewal. I really believe it has an effect. "
So, please keep sending those postcards and letters, and try to spread news of the renewal effort where ever you go . We, essentially, have less than 3 weeks to influence the decision before the traditional upfronts.
You can talk about the renewal effort with other fans in our forum .
